Events

Normally on one day of each month the group has an "Open Day", when a speaker is invited to talk on a subject of interest. These talks are often supplemented with audio-visual material. At the end of the talk there is an opportunity to have a 'cuppie', catch up with friends and win a raffle prize.

A regular fun quiz is held generally once or twice per term, where teams compete against eachother on a wide variety of subjects. The result is often very close.

In addition to the ‘Open Days’ a number of social events are held throughout the year. Some are listed. These provide members with the opportunity to meet as a complete group on a variety of occasions. Further details of the following events will become available in due course and will be posted to the Events page:-
